The MMC for Community Services Cllr Phindile Luphoko, and Cllr Sunnyboy Makhubela warmly welcomed the South African Red Cross Society and Old Mutual to Mangweni Village, where they distributed 217 humanitarian relief parcels to community members affected by recent flooding.
