Tenders/Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope or container on which the tender bid number and addressee is clearly marked. No bids transmitted by fax or email will be accepted. It must be noted that the municipality is not bound to accept lowest or any tender. Tender / bid documentation which is incomplete or filled incorrectly or not filled in on the official bid documentation or which is received after the close of the bids will be ignored. It must be noted that the tender submitted in a wrong tender box will not be considered. Nkomazi Local Municipality supports empowerment of the previously disadvantaged and SMMEs. |
